Art. 102 DEBA

Früchte und Erträgnisse

1 Die Pfändung eines Grundstückes erfasst unter Vorbehalt der den Grundpfandgläubigern zustehenden Rechte auch dessen Früchte und sonstige Erträgnisse.
2 Das Betreibungsamt hat den Grundpfandgläubigern sowie gegebenenfalls den Mietern oder Pächtern von der erfolgten Pfändung Kenntnis zu geben.
3 Es sorgt für die Verwaltung und Bewirtschaftung des Grundstücks .
