Art. 177 DEBA

Voraussetzungen

1 Für Forderungen, die sich auf einen Wechsel oder Check gründen, kann, auch wenn sie pfandgesichert sind, beim Betreibungsamte die Wechselbetreibung verlangt werden, sofern der Schuldner der Konkursbetreibung unterliegt.
2 Der Wechsel oder Check ist dem Betreibungsamte zu übergeben.
