Entscheid des Konkursgerichts

1 Das Gericht zeigt den Parteien Ort, Tag und Stunde der Verhandlung über das Konkursbegehren an. Es entscheidet, auch in Abwesenheit der Parteien, innert zehn Tagen nach Einreichung des Begehrens.
2 Die Artikel 169, 170, 172 Ziff. 3, 173, 173a, 175 und 176 sind anwendbar.
