Art. 141 SCC

Sachentziehung

Wer dem Berechtigten ohne Aneignungsabsicht eine bewegliche Sache entzieht und ihm dadurch einen erheblichen Nachteil zufügt, wird, auf Antrag, mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
