Art. 145 SCC

Veruntreuung und Entzug von Pfandsachen und Retentionsgegenständen

Der Schuldner, der in der Absicht, seinen Gläubiger zu schädigen, diesem eine als Pfand oder Retentionsgegenstand dienende Sache entzieht, eigenmächtig darüber verfügt, sie beschädigt, zerstört, entwertet oder unbrauchbar macht, wird, auf Antrag, mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
