Entschuldbare Notwehr

1 Überschreitet der Abwehrende die Grenzen der Notwehr nach Artikel 15, so mildert das Gericht die Strafe.
2 Überschreitet der Abwehrende die Grenzen der Notwehr in entschuldbarer Aufregung oder Bestürzung über den Angriff, so handelt er nicht schuldhaft.
