Zweifelhafte Schuldfähigkeit

Besteht ernsthafter Anlass, an der Schuldfähigkeit des Täters zu zweifeln, so ordnet die Untersuchungsbehörde oder das Gericht die sachverständige Begutachtung durch einen Sachverständigen an.
