Art. 222 SCC

1 Wer fahrlässig zum Schaden eines anderen oder unter Herbeiführung einer Gemeingefahr eine Feuersbrunst verursacht, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
2 Bringt der Täter fahrlässig Leib und Leben von Menschen in Gefahr, so ist die Strafe Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe.
