Art. 291 SCC

Verweisungsbruch

1 Wer eine von einer zuständigen Behörde auferlegte Landes- oder Kantonsverweisung bricht, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
2 Die Dauer dieser Strafe wird auf die Verweisungsdauer nicht angerechnet.
