Verletzung der Vorschriften betreffend die Berichterstattung über Zahlungen an staatliche Stellen
Mit Busse wird bestraft, wer vorsätzlich:
- a. im Bericht über Zahlungen an staatliche Stellen gemäss Artikel 964d OR falsche Angaben macht oder die Berichterstattung ganz oder teilweise unterlässt;
- b. der Pflicht zur Führung und Aufbewahrung der Berichte über Zahlungen an staatliche Stellen gemäss Artikel 964h OR nicht nachkommt.
