Art. 80 SCC

1 Von den für den Vollzug geltenden Regeln darf zu Gunsten des Gefangenen abgewichen werden:
  1. a. wenn der Gesundheitszustand des Gefangenen dies erfordert;
  2. b. bei Schwangerschaft, Geburt und für die Zeit unmittelbar nach der Geburt;
  3. c. zur gemeinsamen Unterbringung von Mutter und Kleinkind, sofern dies auch im Interesse des Kindes liegt.
2 Wird die Strafe nicht in einer Strafanstalt, sondern in einer anderen geeigneten Einrichtung vollzogen, so untersteht der Gefangene den Reglementen dieser Einrichtung, soweit die Vollzugsbehörde nichts anderes verfügt.
