Art. 180 CPC

Einreichung

1 Die Urkunde kann in Kopie eingereicht werden. Das Gericht oder eine Partei kann die Einreichung des Originals oder einer amtlich beglaubigten Kopie verlangen, wenn begründete Zweifel an der Echtheit bestehen.
2 Bei umfangreichen Urkunden ist die für die Beweisführung erhebliche Stelle zu bezeichnen.
