Versäumte Klageantwort

1 Bei versäumter Klageantwort setzt das Gericht der beklagten Partei eine kurze Nachfrist.
2 Nach unbenutzter Frist trifft das Gericht einen Endentscheid, sofern die Angelegenheit spruchreif ist. Andernfalls lädt es zur Hauptverhandlung vor.
