Beweismittel

1 Beweis ist durch Urkunden zu erbringen.
2 Andere Beweismittel sind nur zulässig, wenn:
  1. a. sie das Verfahren nicht wesentlich verzögern;
  2. b. es der Verfahrenszweck erfordert; oder c. das Gericht den Sachverhalt von Amtes wegen festzustellen hat.
