Unterhalts- und Unterstützungsklagen

Für selbstständige Unterhaltsklagen der Kinder gegen ihre Eltern und für Klagen gegen unterstützungspflichtige Verwandte ist das Gericht am Wohnsitz einer der Parteien zwingend zuständig.
