Anschlussberufung

1 Die Gegenpartei kann in der Berufungsantwort Anschlussberufung erheben.
2 Die Anschlussberufung fällt dahin, wenn:
  1. a. die Rechtsmittelinstanz nicht auf die Berufung eintritt;
  2. b. … c. die Berufung vor Beginn der Urteilsberatung zurückgezogen wird.
