Schiedsvereinbarung
1 Die Schiedsvereinbarung kann sich sowohl auf bestehende als auch auf künftige Streitigkeiten aus einem bestimmten Rechtsverhältnis beziehen.
2 Gegen die Schiedsvereinbarung kann nicht eingewendet werden, der Hauptvertrag sei ungültig.
