Form

1 Die Schiedsvereinbarung hat schriftlich oder in einer anderen Form zu erfolgen, die den Nachweis durch Text ermöglicht.
2 Für Schiedsklauseln, die in einseitigen Rechtsgeschäften oder in Statuten vorgesehen sind, gelten die Bestimmungen dieses Teils sinngemäss.
