Gerichtliche Fragepflicht

Ist das Vorbringen einer Partei unklar, widersprüchlich, unbestimmt oder offensichtlich unvollständig, so gibt ihr das Gericht durch entsprechende Fragen Gelegenheit zur Klarstellung und zur Ergänzung.
