The Cantonal Court of Basel-Landschaft sentenced the appellant [X.] to a partially suspended custodial sentence of 29 months and 9 days for multiple fraudulent misuse of a data processing system, debt collection fraud, fraudulent bankruptcy, failure to keep accounts, forgery of documents, violations of the OASIA, InvIA, LECA and UIA, misappropriation of wage deductions, embezzlement of withholding taxes, and failure to return number plates despite official request. The unconditionally enforceable part of the sentence was set at 12 months.
