Facts

The marriage of the parties was dissolved by judgment of the Arbon District Court of 6 September 2018. Following the matrimonial property proceedings, the Thurgau Cantonal Court of Appeal, by decision of 25 April 2019, dismissed the appeal of the appellant [A.A.] as unfounded. An appeal filed against this was not entered upon by the Federal Supreme Court in judgment 5A_586/2019.

At cantonal level, the appellant filed a request for revision. The Thurgau Cantonal Court of Appeal dismissed it by decision of 11 November 2019, insofar as it could be entered upon (ZVR.2019.2).

Against the revision decision of 11 November 2019, the appellant lodged a civil appeal with the Federal Supreme Court on 12 December 2019. She requested, in substance, the annulment of the Court of Appeal's decision of 25 April 2019, which was described as 'criminally relevant', as well as of the first-instance divorce judgment of 6 September 2018. She also applied for legal aid.

The subject matter of the proceedings before the Federal Supreme Court is therefore the revision (dissolution of marriage), with the respondent [C.] being a party to the proceedings.

The appellant does not explain how the Court of Appeal misapplied the revision provision of Art. 328 para. 1 let. a CPC, on which the revision decision is based. The reasoning requirements of Art. 42 para. 2 FSCA are therefore not met. Instead, the appellant makes direct submissions on the merits, which however are not the subject of the present appeal.

Moreover, as in appeal 5A_586/2019, the submissions are barely comprehensible on…
