Konkursverhandlung

Ist das Konkursbegehren gestellt, so wird den Parteien wenigstens drei Tage vorher die gerichtliche Verhandlung angezeigt. Es steht denselben frei, vor Gericht zu erscheinen, sei es persönlich, sei es durch Vertretung.
