Verfahren der Wiederherstellung

Das Gericht gibt der Gegenpartei Gelegenheit zur Stellungnahme und entscheidet endgültig, es sei denn, die Verweigerung der Wiederherstellung hat den definitiven Rechtsverlust zur Folge.
