Facts
Parties: Verkehrs-Club der Schweiz (VCS) as appellant, Flughafen Zürich AG and Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (UVEK) as respondents.
Facts: Flughafen Zürich AG applied for the expansion of parking facilities with a total of approximately 7,100 parking spaces. The UVEK approved two of the four projects (Parkhaus P6 Ost and Parkdeck P70) with 3,059 parking spaces. Further clarifications were reserved for the other projects (Parkhaus P64 and parking lots P9, P12-100, P16). Later, the planning approval application for a Parkhaus P10 with 3,041 parking spaces was submitted. The VCS filed an objection, which was dismissed. The Federal Administrative Court dismissed the VCS's appeal. The VCS appealed the decision to the Federal Supreme Court.
