Art. 106 CrimPC

Prozessfähigkeit

1 Die Partei kann Verfahrenshandlungen nur gültig vornehmen, wenn sie handlungsfähig ist.
2 Eine handlungsunfähige Person wird durch ihre gesetzliche Vertretung vertreten.
3 Eine urteilsfähige handlungsunfähige Person kann neben ihrer gesetzlichen Vertretung jene Verfahrensrechte ausüben, die höchstpersönlicher Natur sind.
